This stovetop, cast-aluminum waffler rewards you with a thick 7″ square waffle with a moist cakelike center that you can break into four smaller squares. It takes about the same amount of time to heat as a plugged-in waffle iron, and the results are just as delicious. Simply turn the waffler once during preheating and once during baking.
